Willa is available for appointments year-round, usually from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time USA on weekdays and occasionally weekends. Sorry, NO evening appointments.

Mediumship Reading for one person - 30, 45, & 60 min
As a Spiritualist medium, my specialty is connecting with your family and friends who have passed into the spirit plane and getting messages from them to you. People book mediumship readings for a wide variety of reasons including but not limited to:
- Communicating with Spirit loved ones
- Comfort and healing
- Validation of their own spiritual experiences
- Education about life after death & soul-to-soul contact
- Enlightenment and reassurance I have been a full-time medium for 20 years and to date I have done thousands of readings for clients all over the world. Although contact with a certain Spirit or information can never be guaranteed, I have consistently connected with identifiable spirit entities and given proof of spirit messages in readings. Family mediumship reading - 45 or 60 min
While most clients do prefer to have their own private individual session to chat with their loved ones in Spirit, sometimes a family session makes sense. There are LIMITS on the number of family members who can attend (see below) the session.
IMPORTANT: Do NOT surprise your family member(s) with a reading. All participants must be on board with having a reading BEFORE you submit a Scheduling Request. Everyone grieves in their own time and in their own way, so we must give space for that.
Only immediate family can share a reading. When scheduling, you MUST indicate how many immediate family members will be attending on the Scheduling Request Form below . There are special guidelines for the number of people allowed. Choose between a 45 or 60 minute session. The 30 min option is available for one person sessions only.
A family session is a VERY different energy. Unless everyone is truly onboard energetically, you are better off having your own individual session.
In-person family session: I allow up to three people who are immediate family in the room together (the room is small & cozy!).
ZOOM family session: I allow two to four immediate family members to share a session together AND I must be able to hear/see all of you clearly.
Phone session is only available for ONE person only, no family sessions. You must choose between an In-person or a Zoom session.
Please be aware that another person cannot just "sit in" on your mediumship reading - if they are present in the room then it is their reading also. With family sessions, the time is not spread equally between participants - in fact, your loved ones in Spirit may focus more on one of you than the other.

Teaching Consultation - 30, 45, & 60 min
Special time with Willa to discuss your personal situation, spiritual development, and/or mediumship/intuitive abilities. People book consultations for a wide variety of reasons including but not limited to:
- Discussion & validation of their own spiritual experiences
- Education about life after death & soul-to-soul contact
- Enhancing their own mediumship & intuitive development
- Spiritual Assessment for developing mediums ***see info below
- Meditation tips and personalized guidance on achieving mediation goals.
- Personal affirmations to create the life you want.
- Guidance with using Spiritual Natural Laws in your life (ie. Law of Attraction, Law of Abundance, Law of Creative Reality, etc.)
- Energetic practices for enhancing your Feminine/Masculine presence
- Tips for soul communication with living loved ones, especially those experiencing Alzheimer's, dementia, and the dying process
This is a spiritual discussion between you and Willa - similar to a mini-class. This is NOT a psychic reading.
Combo session - 45 or 60 min
You are also welcome to book a combination session of half Mediumship Reading and half Teaching Consultation. This option is available for 45 or 60 minute sessions.

Spiritual Assessment for the developing medium - 30 min
Practical advice for the Developing Medium to aid mediumistic and spiritual development --- identifying obstacles that you are attempting to overcome, alongside those positive aspects of your development that need to be maintained and further developed.

Types of Sessions
Choose the type of session best for you, at a time and place when you can be alone in a distraction-free zone.
During the summer moths, Willa is VERY BUSY with In-person sessions at her Lily Dale office, so Zoom and Phone sessions are limited to one or two days per week.
Distance sessions are just as effective as In-person sessions! Over the years, many clients from all over the World have chosen to schedule phone sessions. And now with the advent of Zoom videoconferencing, Zoom is the most popular choice for a session with Willa! It's a combination of personal preference, schedule, distance, weather factors, and travel.
Payment for a Zoom session: AFTER your appointment time has been established with Willa, you will need to process PAYMENT using the paylink provided in order to reserve the timeslot. Once your scheduling is completed, you will receive email confirmation of the finalized appointment (along with the Zoom meeting link), and then the time will be yours!
At the time of your appointment: use the Zoom reading link that was provided in your appointment confirmation email when your scheduling was finalized. Please click the 'Zoom Process' button below and familiarize yourself with Zoom in advance.

From late May to October, Willa is available for In-person sessions at her Lily Dale NY office. During the summer months, Willa is VERY BUSY so book your session early --- the 2025 Lily Dale summer Season program of Events runs from June 20th to August 31st.
WHEN TO BOOK Your 2025 IN-PERSON APPOINMENT: Willa plans to open her IN-PERSON Appointment BOOKING at the following times:
- for her 2025 PRE-Season scheduling (specifically late May until June 18th --- no daily events, no gate fee, and the public buildings are closed) contact Willa starting on November 30, 2024
- for Willa's 2025 summer Season scheduling (specifically June 20th to August 31st), contact Willa starting in late January/February 2025.
Keep the ABOVE dates in mind WHEN you are submitting your Scheduling Request Form. Too early, and you will have to wait and submit a second Scheduling Request at the CORRECT TIME. Thank you for your patience.
Payment for an In-person session: AFTER your in-person appointment time has been established with Willa, to reserve the timeslot you must either:
- hold the timeslot with your MC/VISA/Discover (call Willa's office with info) --- you will then have the option to pay cash the day of the reading
- Or prepay now for your session using the paylink provided when booking your session (once your appointment time has been established with Willa)
Once your scheduling complete... you will receive email confirmation of the finalized appointment, and then the time will be yours!
Phone sessions are available for ONE person only, no family phone sessions.
Payment for a Phone session: AFTER your appointment time has been established with Willa, you will need to process PAYMENT using the paylink provided in order to reserve the timeslot. Once your scheduling is completed, you will receive email confirmation of the finalized appointment (along with the Phone number for the call), and then the time will be yours!
At the time of your appointment: you will call the PHONE NUMBER that was provided in your appointment confirmation email when your scheduling was finalized.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: You must give at least 24 hours notice to cancel/reschedule without penalty. You are responsible for the full fee of the time booked There are no refunds for missed appointments or those cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time. If you miss an appointment without 24 hours notice, you will need to pay a new session fee in order to schedule a new date. Many clients are eagerly waiting for sessions and would appreciate the timeslot with sufficient notice.
