All sales are final, non-transferable, and non-refundable. No credits/partial credit will be given if you do not complete your course. Courses cannot be deferred. Refunds only occur if Willa has to cancel the course.  

When registering, please pay special attention to your typing as the Booking confirmation goes to the EMAIL ADDRESS you enter, and if you enter it incorrectly, you won't receive a Booking confirmation email.  After you register, you should receive the confirmation email within an hour of your registration.  Also, check your spam/trash folder.  

If you are registered for a one night only class, ONE HOUR before class, the Zoom link will be sent to the email address you provided when you registered for the class.

If you are registered for a Class SERIES, you will find the Zoom meeting link on your Class Page.  From your class registration email, click the ''Join event' link and you will be directed to the Class page instantly.

For a LIVE class, the Video link will be posted 24 HOURS after the class.  Check your Class Page the next day.  

For a VIDEO only class, you will use the 'Join Event' link in your registration email to access the class page to view the VIDEO INSTANTLY.

This happens when you enter your email address incorrectly on the class registration form.  Every time this has happened, it is due to a typing error during the registration process (such as the one letter difference between Tahoo & Yahoo).  If possible, please correct this in your website account by logging in and updating your address.  Also, immediately notify Willa of your email address change via email at willawhite@hotmail.com

BEST WAY:  Become a Subscriber on Willa's website and you will receive emails regarding Willa's events,   notifications, and promotions.
