Process for Zoom Readings + Consults
BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT:
*** If you don't have a Zoom account already, You will need a FREE zoom account: www.zoom.us There will be a quick download that will allow you access to our session. (Please download Zoom well in advance of our session that way you can practice getting your Video and Audio ready for our time together,)

With your appointment confirmation email, you will receive the Zoom link necessary for accessing our Meeting.
Please login 5-10 minutes before your Appointment is due to start. You will automatically enter a Waiting Room. Be patient and once the meeting time arrives, you will be brought into the Meeting Room for the Session.
Recommendation: Rather than using WIFI, use an ETHERNET CABLE so the internet connection in hardwired,. This ensures a STRONG INTERET connection.
Zoom sessions should be done at home or in another PRIVATE distraction-free space with a stable internet connection.
COMPUTER LOGIN AND CONTROLS
YOU MUST DOWNLOAD THE ZOOM APPLICATION TO JOIN FROM YOUR COMPUTER.
Click on the link provided in your email and follow prompts.
You will be asked to join the audio by computer - please join this. For a Zoom instruction video, click here.
You will then be put into a virtual WAITING ROOM until the meeting is ready to start.
On joining the room, please enable your camera for Video.
*** Using ear buds or a headset is recommended to avoid background noise.
NAVIGATING ZOOM ONCE YOU HAVE JOINED THE MEETING:
At the bottom of your screen you will have a menu bar if you hover on your screen with your mouse.
- 1st icon from left is your microphone.
- 2nd icon from the left is your video. Please enable this
TABLET OR Smart PHONE LOGIN AND CONTROLS
YOU MUST DOWNLOAD THE ZOOM APPLICATION TO JOIN FROM YOUR TABLET OR PHONE.
You will be asked to join the audio by WIFI or DATA - please join this.
You will then be put into a Virtual waiting room until the meeting is ready to start.
On joining the room, please enable your camera so we can see each other.
Please stabilize your phone/tablet, so the image is not bouncy and so I can see you clearly.
