Please open Audio file using Google CHROME as your internet browser.

1) Click on the PINK 'DOWNLOAD' button link (on this page, see below)

2) You will be taken directly to the Google Drive audio file page for easy downloading.    

3) Remember if you want to keep this file beyond April 5th you must Download the file to your computer/device:  

• on the computer, "Download" is the DOWN ARROW with a horizontal line underneath. ↓   
• on your phone/tablet, go to the menu toolbar (usually 3 dots) and choose to "Download" 

4) Suggestion: Most likely, the audio file will be automatically put into your 'Downloads' folder on your computer or device.  Make sure you move and/or copy the meditation Audio file into an easy-to-find folder in order to locate it easily the next time you wish to listen to it.
