Prepare for Communication with Spirit by opening the LIGHT of Spirit within you. In this class, you will learn to connect with spirit by attuning to their vibrations of light and developing a sense of their presence.
This will also enhance your sensitivity to the finer energies of the Higher Realm. And lay a Strong foundation for receiving messages from them. Some of you may sense, and some of you may even hear the light of spirit, instead of seeing it.
Take a moment and drop into your heart, drop into your body … drop into your sense of Presence or Spirit.
Ask the question as deeply as you can… What are the most important values that I am orientating my life around? In the central channel of my life. Notice what arises for you.
What is the most important? That if you could have a life right in that value, you know everything else will take care of itself because you are lined up with what is most important.

Evidence comes in many ways. As you open your Soul Senses to receive spirit communication, you have the option of using the Spirit Data Sheet to enhance and highlight information of identification and spirit essence.

Week 3 - Significant Animal or Plant

Spirit communicators often "show up" with messages from animals or mentioning significant flowers, trees, or plants. Examples:

Week 4 - Spirit Proprioception
Proprioception (also known as kinesthesia) is the sense of body position and movement and enhances the perception of internal body sensations. Just like Spider man, we can ACTIVATE our Spidey-senses for better awareness of our body and energy systems.
In spirit communication, proprioception deepens the connection between the physical, intellectual, spiritual and emotional parts of ourselves AND the Spirit Communicators.
This "Spirit Spidey-Sense" can be used to discern the intentions or presence of spirits, acting as a form of spiritual guidance or communication tool. With practice, you can ENHANCE your blending with Spirit Communicators and FEEL what they experienced, feel, and know. (ie. the Kool-Aid Man) By paying attention to the nuances, shifts, and changes of proprioception, we are accessing the Wisdom of the "Web of Life"!
Week 5 - Spirit Doodles
Doodling, while seemingly a simple activity, is linked to the brain's default mode network (DMN), a network active when the mind is at rest, not engaged in specific tasks. This network is associated with internal thoughts, daydreaming, and mind-wandering, and doodling can help keep the brain engaged during these periods, potentially improving focus and MEDIUMSHIP!
In class, we did this particular exercise with our Videos OFF, and only AUDIO ON, so that we could experience some of the benefits of doodling:
- Reduction of mental fatigue and increase the flow of information to the brain.
- Aid in intuitive decision-making, as it can help clear the mind and provide a space for creative thinking.
- Babysit the "left brain" so the "right brain" can engage in Spirit Contact
The joy of Spirit Doodling is now yours! The default mind has been activated as a partner in your mediumship. This is just a launching pad to continue to access the DMN while connecting with spirit communicators in other ways.

The Michelangelo Effect aligns with the concept of the "ideal self," where individuals have a vision of who they want to become. Mediums can contribute to this process by bringing the Souls of the client and the spirit communicators into harmony in their interactions and behaviors during a reading/message, which can inspire individuals to strive towards that vision of healing and GRACE.
You are encouraging all to focus on nurturing the potential that is already within each individual. It's about collaboration and mutual empowerment rather than imposition or manipulation.
